How to submit a tech support request? Print

There are two ways to submit a new ticket request.

1. Email techsupport@atira.ca and a ticket will be automatically created.

2. Submit ticket from the Freshdesk portal. Navigate to https://atirahelp.freshdesk.com/support/login and select New Support ticket.
