  1. Open Outlook and go to the File tab.

Outlook on the Web (Calendar Delegation Only)

  1. Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings.
  2. Navigate to Calendar > Shared calendars.
  3. Under Publish a calendar, choose the calendar and permission level.
  4. To delegate:
    • Under Share a calendar, select your calendar.
    • Enter the person’s email and choose Can edit or Delegate.
  5. Click Share.
