Step 1: Go to the Deleted Items Folder

  1. Open Outlook (desktop or web).
  2. In the left-hand folder pane, click on Deleted Items.

Step 2: Restore from Deleted Items

  1. Find the email you want to recover.
  2. Right-click the email and select Move > Inbox or drag it to another folder.

Step 3: Recover from “Recoverable Items” (if not in Deleted Items)

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Deleted Items folder.
  2. Click Recover items recently removed from this folder.

Recovering Deleted Files in OneDrive

Step 1: Open the OneDrive Recycle Bin

  1. Go to OneDrive.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Recycle bin.

Step 2: Restore Deleted Files

  1. Select the files or folders you want to recover.

Step 3: Check the Second-Stage Recycle Bin (if needed)

  1. If the file isn’t in the Recycle Bin, scroll down and click Second-stage recycle bin.
