1. Call the voicemail number

2. Type in the last pin that you remember.

3. When prompted press * to reset your pin.

4. When prompted press 1 to receive a temporary pin via SMS text message.

5. Call back the voicemail number and put in the temporary pin.

6. When prompted choose a new 4-8 digit pin.
