You could access the app via Power Apps either in your cellphone or desktop. You could use this link to access the app as well. Also, for cellphones, please close your powerApps -> please click on your photo Icon -> Click Clear Cache. Once this is done, go to Featured Apps or All Apps and refresh the page by pulling down the screen. After that app should be visible to you in the All Apps section.
