Maintenance IQ Web Browser
1. Log into Yardione: https://atira38868.yardione.com
2. From YardiOne Dashboard, select Elevate. 
3. Select live database. 
4. Default view is work order dashboard.
5. Filter property from the top filters bar and click search. 
6. filter unit from the top filters bar and click search. 
7. Click save and pick a name to save the filter. 
Maintenance IQ Mobile App
1. Open Maintenance IQ app on company cellphone.
2. Input company domain and your Atira email address.
3. Select the live database.
4. Click View Work Orders.
